China's national tourism activities have changed from small-scale investors to mass tourism.Standardized tourism information for the masses can't provide user-friendly and personalized user experience.China is about to usher in the age of 5g network.The way that users get information from smart phones is changing from image,sound to video.Under the trend of media convergence,the emerging media form,short video,with the characteristics of fragmentation,high communication,strong social interaction,and user dividend has not yet disappeared,can fully mobilize people's multiple senses compared with pictures and words,and can provide users with more immersive information experience.It has a natural marketing advantage,which has great reference significance for tourism marketing.Based on the CUBI user experience model,this paper proposes a user experience design model of Mobile Tourism short video products,which is innovative and practical in the original theoretical methods.Through the analysis of the four components of the mobile tourism short video product,which are business objective,user objective,content and interactive design,the design elements involved in each component are obtained to guide the design practice.Through the collection of target user needs in five travel stages:Travel dream,travel plan,reservation and payment,during travel,sharing and comment,a target user profile is created,and a mobile travel short video content consumption model,relevant design strategies and design principles are proposed for reference Guide the content of this topic,part of the design practice of interactive design,and form a complete interactive and visual design scheme.Finally,based on the four indicators of CUBI user experience evaluation,this paper proposes a user satisfaction evaluation system of Mobile Tourism short video products,and verifies the feasibility of using CUBI user experience model to guide the user experience design of Mobile Tourism short video products.
