A Study On The Tourism Development Strategy Of The South China Sea Under The Constraint-Contingency Theory

With the continuous development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard,tourism has become a very popular leisure and decompression activity.The marine tourism,because of challenging,stimulating,mysterious and romantic,as well as far away from the hustle and bustle of the city,sought after by tourists.But as China's only tropical ocean,the South China Sea tourism development still in a blank state,the related research even fewer,because of the complex geopolitical constrain relationships.With the establishment of Sansha and the proposing of new Silk Road strategy,the tourism development of South China Sea has become a general trend.Based on the theory of system dynamics and stakeholder theory,this research constructs the multi-agent dynamic structure composed of the government,the tourism enterprise,the society public,the tourism association to grasp the main driving force of tourism development in the South China Sea and the main driving force of characteristics.And then use the theory of geopolitical,geo-economic,geo-cultural and geo-ecology to analysis of the South China Sea tourism development of the multiple geopolitical constraints and their contingency.and to form a new era of tourism development in the South China Sea multiple contingency strategy.This research not only can promote the South China Sea tourism development to grasp the New Silk Road and marine power strategic opportunities,but also can explore the geographical constraints of the beneficial experience.
