Research On Asset Management And Benefit In Power Grid Enterprises Under The Background Of Electric Power System Reform

In recent years,the scale of power grid enterprises in China continues to grow.The large amount of investment in the grid assets,the rich types and the wide range of areas all increases the difficulty of asset management.The electric power system reform has changed the profit mode of power grid enterprises,namely from the difference of purchase and sale to the total permitted revenue of electricity transmission and distribution,which is closely related to the scale of effective assets.Therefore,in this situation,it is necessary to explore the effective methods of asset management of power grid enterprises and its relationship with benefits so as to help the enterprises make reasonable investment decision and enhance the economic benefits.This paper firstly combs the domestic and foreign research status of asset management in power grid enterprises.The definition,classification,characteristics of power grid asset and related theory of asset life cycle management have been described in detail,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the research.Then the current situation of asset management in power grid enterprises is summarized and existing problems from the perspective of the whole life cycle and the reasons are pointed out.This paper takes power grid enterprises in Z province as an example and analyzes the status and the use of asset based on the analysis of asset management evolution and construction situation of the linkage system between assets and equipment.To further explore the relationship between asset and benefit,the influence of asset on benefits in current situation is analyzed from a quantitative point of view.The regression model is constructed where ROE is dependent variable and the total effective assets and debt to assets ratio are independent variables.The results show that there is a positive correlation between ROE and total effective assets,along with ROE and debt to assets ratio.In addition,this paper expounds the profit mode under the electric power system reform and analyzed the key parameters which affect the permitted revenue of electricity transmission and distribution.Through accounting the permitted revenue of power grid enterprises in Z province from the year of 2017 to 2019 and sensitivity analysis,it can be found that the permitted revenue is closely related to the scale of effective assets,and the selection of rate has a certain impact on it.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen asset management,which is an important basis to improve the efficiency of enterprises.Finally,the suggestions to the asset management in power grid enterprises are given in this paper.It indicates the scale of effective assets greatly influences the profit of power grid enterprises,thus asset management should be paid more attention.The research results in this paper enrich the theory of asset management in power grid enterprises,and also have a reference value and significance for the development of asset management in practice.
