Health Evaluation Of Urban Eco-tourism System

With the development of social economy andthe improvement of people’s living standards,more and more tourists choose urban tourism.But the ensuing urban diseasenot only affects the visitor experience,but endangers the survival of mankind ourselves.In December 2016,the State Council issued《the Outline of the Plan for Healthy China 2030》.The plan requires that people’s health be given priority to strategic position,promoting the development of tourism while paying attention to ecological and environmental protection,persisting in sustainable development strategy.This paper takes the health of urban eco-tourism system as the research object,which is based on the theory of space and time,sustainable developmentand ecosystem health,defines the concept of urban eco-tourism system and its health evaluation that is based on the research of domestic and foreign.Then the EDPSC model is created on the basis of the classical DPSIR model,and the health evaluation index system of urban eco-tourism system is constructed from the five criteria layers of environment,driving force,pressure,state and control respectively.According to the system content and health evaluation method,26 composite indexes are selected,using entropy weighting method to give its weight and the criteria and basis of the health level of each index are listed,then the original data is processed according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the membership function theory,the evaluation of the membership degree and the health index is taken as the evaluation method of the urban ecotourism system health.In addition to defining the research object "urban ecotourism system" and its health evaluation,this paper has made an innovation in the research method,and has successfully created and used the EDPSC model to establish the evaluation system in view of the specific research object.In order to verify the effectiveness and scientific of the evaluation system,the paper takes the Shanghai Sheshan Resort as an example to judge the health status of its urban ecotourism system,which makes the conclusion that the membership degree of five criterion layers in three years and the change of comprehensive health index.By analyzing the evolution trend of each index,the weak link in the development of ecotourism system in Shanghai Sheshan Resort and the problems of system health which need to be solved urgently are identified.This paper summarizes that water resources protection and sewage treatment,energy consumption and solid waste discharge,tourism safety supervision,tourist satisfaction,cultural landscape development,tourism base and supporting service facilities and scenic area policies and regulations affected the system health status to a large extent,then put forward the corresponding ecological health control measures.At the same time,it also validates the scientific evaluation system and method of urban ecotourism system established in this paper,which can be used to evaluate the health problems of urban eco-tourism system effectively.
