The Influence Of The Family Attributes Of The Executive Team On The Post-IPO Performance

As the mainstay of the private enterprises,family involved business has become the backbone of the market economy development of our country.Compared with the west,the development of family involved enterprises in China are often not fare well.How to keep the family involved enterprise’s steady development for a long time has become the urgent focus of relevant scholars and family involved enterprise managers.From the point of current situation,many scholars of family enterprises are divided into two roughly the study hotspot:One is the intergenerational inheritance problem;Second,the family corporate governance issues.For targeted analysis on family members of enterprise senior team and the familial factors effect on the corporate performance is lacking.Under the background of the research,this article focuses on the study and analysis of familial in the family involved business executive team,from two aspects of qualitative analysis and quantitative research,analysis the possible influence of different family factors on the relationship between enterprise performance,aims to study the familial factors interact relationship with the family involved business performance.By early in the existing research results and related literature at home and abroad,this paper firstly give the generalizes the defmition of family enterprises of past researches,combined with the research direction,this paper puts forward the definition of family involved business;Secondly,for the governance of family involved business and its related with corporate performance theory are expounded;Then from the angle of the current situation of the development of family involved businesses,both in home and abroad,are introduced respectively;Finally,based on the analysis of the theory mentioned above,select familial factors which can affect the performance of family involved business as the independent variable factors、control variables,and indicators that reflect the family involved businesses performance,build a statistical models of familial factors and family involved business performance.At last,give the research conclusion through the empirical analysis:familial factors of senior management team of family involved business significantly influence enterprise performance.
