Employee satisfaction affect employee service quality,then affect the customer satisfaction,and ultimately have influence on the company’s sales objectives.If the supermarket wants to achieve appreciation of its capital,the key is to ensure internal employee satisfaction,only if employees are satisfied with the current situation,they will work with passion and goaloriented,through providing high quality services to obtain customer satisfaction which can guarantee the growth of sales and the profit for supermarket.American management scientist Herbert A.Simon once said: "the problem of organization is not the organization itself,but the people ".The staff are the users of enterprise’s capital,only if the employee incentive work done well,the enterprise’s resource can be used efficiently,and ultimately create benefits as expected,even beyond expected.Thus employee incentive occupies an important position in the management of human resources.In this paper,the research,selecting the staff of L supermarket stores as the research object,uses the questionnaire survey method to measure the employee satisfaction.The employee satisfaction questionnaire,which bases on results of studying and analyzing the related domestic and international theory of employee satisfaction,is used to research L supermarket stores’ employee satisfaction.At last,according to the reasons of the low satisfaction of the employees in the L supermarket,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the employee satisfaction in L supermarket.
