The Influence Of Human Capital And Social Capital On Business Performance Of Large Rice Majors

China is a large agricultural country which has a large population.Rural economic development and farmers' performance are closely linked.The basis of food security in China is the continuous growth of national grain comprehensive production capacity and the continuous improvement of total grain output.The increase of grain production includes capital investment,land investment,labor investment and technical machinery application.In terms of large rice cultivation,the steady growth of rice performance depends on the large rice management behavior.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to ensure the food safety in China to study the management behavior of large enterprises and the main operational difficulties and core demands.Although China's rural labor resources are sufficient,but its cultural quality is low,rural human capital investment is seriously inadequate.This situation largely affected the rural economic development and the improvement of farmers' living standards.In this study,we chose rice cultivation professional samples as an example,the five provinces in central China as the object of investigation,to explore the human capital and social capital on the role of business performance.This paper summarizes the theoretical research on human capital and social capital both at home and abroad,and makes a brief and systematic review of the factors that affect the performance of farmers.It defines the relevant concepts of this study,and laid the theoretical basis of exploring the relationship between human capital and social capital to performance.On the basis of previous studies,human capital is divided into general type,skill type,management type and innovation type.Social capital is divided into community internal and community external.Then,we analyzed and collated the basic situation,operation status,operation risk,difficulty and demand of rice cultivation specialty in Hubei,Hunan,Jiangxi,Jiangsu and Anhui provinces.And through the empirical research to analyze the impact of social capital and human capital on the performance of professional big samples,and the regulation of the scale of operation and the level of infrastructure construction.The results show that the biggest difficulty faced by the specialty is the lack of technical guidance in the stage of production and planting.In the aspect of operation and management,the individual's ability to manage the big business is to hinder their development.At this stage the most urgent needs of the government is to increase subsidies,but also hope that the new technology can improve production and quality,and provide supporting technical guidance.The main purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of social capital and human capital on its business performance.The study found that social capital and human capital have a positive impact on business performance.Under the difference of scale degree,compared with the large-scale professional large samples,small-scale professional large samples' technical human capital on the impact of business performance is stronger;the other hand,compared to small-scale professional large samples,large-scale professional large samples' management and innovation type of human capital has a stronger impact on business performance.In addition,relative to small-scale professional large samples,large-scale professional large samples' external community social capital has a stronger impact on business performance.Compared with the large-scale professional large samples,small-scale professional large samples' internal community social capital on the impact of business performance is stronger.There are also some differences in the construction of farmland infrastructure.Compared with the low level of farmland construction,under the high level farmland infrastructure,the influence of social capital and human capital on business performance is stronger.Based on the analysis results,combined with the current situation of large rice cultivation at present stage,it puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance of large rice cultivation.Firstly,we must increase subsidies on rice cultivation professional;Secondly we should change the concept of attention,taking rural human capital investment and social capital development seriously;Finally,we actively improve the farmland infrastructure construction and implementation of science and technology support mechanism.To make the big happy to grow rice,it must let them become the main body of interest,cultivating the market environment of conduciving to the cultivation of rice,reducing the risk of food production,so that large-scale professional samples has a higher operating performance.
