Financing difficulties plagued the development of China's small and medium enterprises seriously.Supply chain finance is an effective way to solve this problem.Different from Traditional financial institutions,Supply chain finance add the core business of the credit into small and medium enterprises,which resolves information asymmetry.However,Traditional supply chain finance still lacks funds.On the background of the Internet,participants are more diversified.The "P2B + supply chain finance" model to achieve match the funds of P2B and the assets of supply chain finance,and enhance the supply chain capital turnover rate.This model also P2B more competitive.This model can be achieved by three ways,include listed companies set up P2B by themselves,Listed companies cooperate with P2B and P2B works with factoring company.Supply chain finance mainly includes accounts receivable financing,prepayment financing,inventory financing,which can revitalize the supply chain in the precipitation funds.This article selected the "zrcaifu" as my case,which is the earliest P2B to engaged in supply chain finance.2015,coal supply chain leading enterprises ccsoln participated in zrcaifu,which become its main source of assets.This paper analyzes the development process,business model,product type and wind control mode of supply chain finance of zrcaifu,and find that P2B play an role of banks.Different from the bank,P2B have the advantages of data processing and quick approval,which can achieve the integration of logistics,business flow,capital flow and information flow.With the development of big data,cloud computing,block chain and other Internet technologies.The Internet and the supply chain will continue to integrate deeply.In a word,data and professional services will be the future development trend of supply chain finance and the cooperation of the various participants will be more closely.
