The performance management of bank employees has always been an important part of bank management,because of its operating characteristics,common business outlets,the staff of the phenomenon,the bank in addition to the use of their own advantages,brand advantages,for human resources and the potential for further development.Each branch is involved in many human investment,and in all the staff,marketing staff as a pioneer in banking business team,plays a very important role in the banking business,marketing positions on human investment give a lot of tilt;how to actively marketing post staff fully mobilize,to play more a large,positive effect,each banks are continuing to improve the problem,but how to tap the potential of employees marketing positions at the same time,for the part of the incentive measures is particularly important,make full use of the advantages of human resources,better service to the unit,to enhance management efficiency has become the most the manager focus on.In this paper,the China Everbright Bank A branch as an example,through the interview survey form,the marketing staff were interviewed to understand,and they reflected the problem,find out the existing in the marketing job performance management problems,and put forward some optimization schemes to solve these problems.This research takes the optimization research of the performance management of marketing staff of A branch of China Everbright Bank as the research topic.
