With the constant deepening of technological innovation,changing of the external environment,intense competition,more and more enterprises start to seek new project with new tech in order to gain competitive advantage.Technology commercialization is the process with value added,the technical value changed to the market value during the process,we divided the whole process into four parts,such as intial discussion,R&D,product manufacture,every part of the process all linked to each other.Therefore,the project risk management directly influences the final success of the project.This paper analyzes the risk of N additive project of R enterprises,combined with the strategic objectives of the enterprise,based on the value chain theory,divided the process into three stages,orgnazation forming stage,technology-to-good stage and technology-to-value stage,using the method of Hall's 3D structure to identify the risk of the process and build the risk list.This paper made an evaluation for the risk of theproject using fuzzy AHP method,judged the economic feasibility of the project.Finally,according to the risk identification and the results of the evaluation,this paper devided the risk factor into 4-levels,summurised the different risk response measures of each process,established the risk management strategy and the action R had taken.
