Defects of automobile products are the key factor that causes safety accident.Recognition and disposal timely of defects in automobile product are the basic measures to solve the potential safety hazard,and the basic requirements for the implementation of defective automobile product recall system.Therefore,research on the risk evaluation of defective automobile products is great significance in practical application.The thesis uses the method of system analysis to study the risk evaluation of defective automotive product from three aspects: risk identification,risk assessment and risk management and control.First of all,the author summarizes the history and current situation of defective automobile product recall system in the United States,Japan,the EU and China which is the first in the world in terms of product and sales in the automobile industry.Based on the analysis of the status and deficiencies at home and abroad,a systematic and in-depth study for recall is put forward.Secondly,the risk identification and analysis of defective automobile products are carried out.The thesis analyzes defect management mechanism in China from two aspects and describes the risk identification process of defective automobile products.Some commonly used risk identification methods are summarized,and the risk identification methods of defective automotive products are pointed out.The statistical analysis and comparison of Chinese and foreign car recall data recently are completed.Security risks of the smart cars and the car networking are also pointed out.At the same time,the thesis further analyzes the risk loss caused by enterprises' recall of defective automobile product,and points out that enterprises are supposed to establish an effective system defective automotive control.In addition,the automobile defect risk assessment is conducted.The commonly used methods of risk assessment are comparatively analyzed.The methods of risk matrix(RM),and the failure mode,effects and criticality analysis(FMECA)are emphatically discussed.Based on the key safety parts of the car and their defects involving personal safety and property safety,the classification principle of automobiledefect parts and the six-level classification of defect severity rating by the expert grade are proposed.The implementation guidelines of risk assessment for defective product recall are suggested.Finally,a research on risk management and control for defective automobile product is performed.The case of Toyota Motor Recall is analyzed,and its enlightenments for the risk management of defective automotive products in China are pointed out.Combined with the recall process of Company D,the process of recall management and risk control strategy is analyzed by using process method.Some fundamental problems including the guiding principles,frameworks,organizational structure and its responsibilities and recall information management are discussed.These provide a reference and basis for the automobile manufacturing enterprise to establish an effective defective automobile control system.
