Study On Tourism Development Of The Fengsheng Ancient Town

With the rapid development of social economy,people pay more and more attention to culture.Under the new situation,the protection and development of the rich town in Chongqing has become an important problem that can not be avoided in the process of regional sustainable development in the new period.The rich town is the historical and cultural town of Chongqing,its historical and cultural heritage is very rich,in order to better develop the economy,to deal with the cultural heritage of the development,the full development of the local tourism industry.This paper analyzes the theory and significance of the protection and tourism development of the rich town,and focuses on the problems,opportunities and challenges in the development of the rich town and the effective strategies of protection and development.For a long time,although there are more reports and research on the rich town,there is no literature report on the investigation,classification and evaluation of the comprehensive tourism resources of the rich town.Therefore,according to the national standard GB / T18972-2003 "classification of tourism resources,investigation and evaluation of the tourism resources of the ancient town of tourism in the field of tourism",Its classification and evaluation,for the rich town of tourism resources in-depth development provides an important basis.Studies have shown that the rich town currently has a total of six main categories,15 sub-categories,24 basic types of tourism monomer hundreds.Based on the present situation of tourism development in the rich town,this paper clarifies the two modes of tourism management and management,namely,the government-oriented management mode and the enterprise-oriented management mode.In the period of the start-up period,the ancient town is based on the particularity of the tourism project and the situation of the town itself,and it is suggested that the ancient town tourism development should adopt the government-led management mode.In the development period,the tourist market of the ancient town is growing,Already have the necessary infrastructure for tourism development,has a good investment environment.At the same time,the government has limited financial resources and with the development of the town,the government investment costs gradually increased,is not suitable to continue to act as the main town development.Therefore,this period recommended the use of enterprise-led management model for the rich town of tourism development.According to the SWOT analysis results and identified tourism development model,targeted to the rich town of tourism to open the proposed 8 points.To enhance the level of planning,to ensure the development and protection of harmonious interaction;in-depth cultural excavation,expansion of tourism products,innovative channels;to strengthen the construction of facilities;to enhance the development of tourism products;To build a safe and comfortable tourism environment;increase marketing publicity,establish a unique image of the tourism brand;repair and protection of ancient town buildings,to achieve the development and protection of coordinated development;repair and protection of ancient town buildings,development and protection to achieve coordinated development.
