In today's information age,competition among enterprises is becoming more and more brutal and fierce.The quality and efficiency of R&D personnel are playing a more and more important role in enterprises,especially high-tech enterprises.It is an important link and basic guarantee for the company's core competence to carry out scientific human resource management and enhance the performance level of R&D personnel.Especially for small and medium-sized high-tech private enterprise scale,to construct a set of scientific and effective and the agility and performance management system of R&D personnel operation is the problem that many enterprises need to solve.This essay takes WYX company as an example to do the research on the R&D personnel performance management.A questionnaire survey on the present situation of the performance management system of R&D personnel of the company is designed and the existing problems were investigated.Through the analysis of survey results,the essay discusses the main problems in the performance management of R&D personnel of WYX company and the ways to solve these problems and methods.From the perspective of solving problems and ideas,a newperformance management system R&D personnel for the company is designed.I hope that under the performance management system,WYX company can realize the win-win goal of mutual encouragement and mutual promotion between the company and its employees. |
