Study On Economic Efficiency Of Anhui Development Zones

The economic development zones were established in China since 1980s,economic development zones have achieved rapid development,becoming significant force for China promoting economic growth and speeding up the reforming and opening,meanwhile,local governments also started to speed up the construction and development of the region economic development zones.In the past 30 years of development,the number of economic development zone rinsed and distributed from coastal to inland areas,economic development zones have played a huge role in absorbing foreign investment and expanding foreign cooperation.But because of the difference in regional conditions and development time,there are differences between economic development zones in different regions in our country.Anhui province is located in the east of China;and the benefit level of the provincial development zones is not high.Although the speed of development of the development zones in Anhui province is fast and make a great contribution to the economic development of Anhui province,but behind the development of the economic,there are a lot of causes of low efficiency of economic operation.Now,most of the research scholars focused on the study of the national development zones,there are few studies on the provincial development zones.The development status of Anhui development zones from the perspective of Anhui development zones were analyzed by this paper and some problems in Industrial clusters were found out in industry cluster,the resources development and utilization degree of the management level.Then from the perspective of globalization of economic development,the opportunities and challenges faced by the development zones were analyzed.On this basis,83provinical development zones in Anhui Province we reselected as the main object of study,some problems between this development zones were analyzed.The paper focuses on the empirical analysis of the economic data from 2012 to 2014,DEA and Malmquist index method were adopted,through the construction of index system and evaluation system,results of related efficiency indicators about this development zones were obtained.Then based on the economic indicators of the study,eight variables were selected and the regression equation were constructed,the factors affecting the efficiency,technical efficiency were analyzed,comprehensive efficiency;technical efficiency and scale efficiency through panel dates and degree of influence was obtained.At last,according to the actual development of the development zones,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward:First,optimize the spatial pattern,and enhance the scale of the development zones;second,strengthen the industrial agglomeration advantages of the development zones;third,promote green and intensive,to achieve sustainable development;fourth,innovate the reform of institutional mechanisms.
