The final aim of Macroeconomic analysis is to achieve full social welfare maximization, employment output is primary indicators in social welfare if it is maximized, this paper will study economic models on employment influence, choose Southern Jiangsu model, Wenzhou model the Guangdong model and the model of economic development in Anhui Province for compare, and make policy recommendations on how do the expansion of employment for Anhui province, The main contents include:First, this paper analyse the model of economic development in four provinces and the employment status, in turn, introduced Anhui economic development model is a heavy-based, go through the "Southern Jiangsu model" and the "New Southern Jiangsu model"of Jiangsu model, the Zhejiang model which based on the private economy and the export-oriented economy of Guangdong mode.Second, analysis and calculate the employment elasticity of this four provinces respectively, and contrary the sencond industry do industry estimates .Again, the proportion of each output value from the three industries and the proportion of industrial employment, urbanization, organization size, ownership structure, foreign investment in five aspects to compare the impact on employment, reach conclusion that expanding employment better with economic development model which should proceeding from the actual conditions of districts, focus on the development of SMEs, to increase to absorb investment, expand the proportion of non-state economy,Finally, based on previous analysed conclusions, learn the successes of developed provinces, make policy recommendations on how to expanding employment in our province.
