Study On Optimization Of Workshop Lean Management

No matter how China's economic transformation,the rise of manufacturing industry is the main driving force to promote the rapid development of China's economy.Therefore,how to improve shop floor management,improve management efficiency,to provide quality services and meet international competition remains an important topic.This paper uses the case study method,taking A enterprise as an example,through access to archives,on-the-spot investigation,interviews,questionnaires,field practice and so on,the optimization process of lean workshop management is analyzed.The study found that:(1)A enterprise workshop production management present situation has the staff subjective initiative difference,ideology backwardness,the scene management disorderly,the waste finds at everywhere,the online stock and the delay keeps in stock,the field problem much cannot promptly feed back,enterprise production process each key indicator imperfect and so on a series of questions;(2)The experience and lessons at home and abroad application of lean production in practice,combined with the current A enterprise workshop management mode,can be optimized,from organization management site management optimization,index management optimization,operation management optimization and inventory management optimization in five aspects of optimization;(3)The optimized implementation of lean production has made the improvement of the A workshop,staff and data indicators,and achieved good results.The results show that the lean management model plays an important role in improving the management of the enterprise,and provides a great reference value for the improvement of the management of other manufacturing enterprises.
