Research On Development Strategy Of Changfeng Farm

Changfeng farm as Dehui’s larg e-scale farm,to seize the developm ent of modern agriculture and other o pportunities,but in the developm ent process is still facing some challenges and challen ges.Therefore,the purpos e of this paper is to explore the actual development strategy of the farm.This paper reviews the re levant literatures of farm development by using the relevant theories of strategic m anagement,and provides the theoretical basis for the follow-up study of the paper.On the basis of theoretical analysis and field investigation,b ased on the analysis of resources and competitive environment of Changfeng farm,this paper puts forward the core problem s in farm development,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on th e development of Changfeng far m from the strategic height.Then we use the fram ework of environm ental analysis to an alyze the external development environment of Changfeng farm and find that the political environm ent is the most favorable.The government and the government at all levels and cities have invested and improved the infrastructure,in cluding hydropower network and road traffic construction.Then,based on the SWOT analysis fram ework,the opportunities,challenges and internal conditions of Changfeng Farm are analyzed in detail.It is concluded that the opportunities of Changfeng farm are mainly due to the development of tourism and mining in modern tourism.Changfeng farm has a wealth of land resource s,honest village folk custom s,agricultural ecological environment,geographical location,th e internal mechanism of the basic reform.Therefore,this paper puts forward the bus iness philosophy of "honesty,innovation as the soul,peace of mind,self-improvement" business philosophy,and "diversified operation,and gradually developed into a market competitiveness of the farm" as a strategic goal.At the end of the paper,the author puts forward the countermeasures,including the innovation of leadership system,the innovation of science and technology and th e innovation of talent mechanism.The conclusion of this paper is that there are many limitations in C hangfeng farm,but it is in the period of developm ent opportunity.It is supported by policy.It is believed that there are clear ideas and goals.It is feasible to build Changfeng farm.
