The Auditing Problem And Countermeasures Of The Government Of Low-rent Housing In Harbin

With development of China's economy,the people's livelihood project of our country is in a more important position.Housing has become a serious social problem.The construction of low-rent housing is one of affordable housing projects in our country,which is to largely solve the problem for low-income groups in the city.Therefore,the construction of low-rent housing is very significant for strengthening government social security function,safeguarding common people survival rights and promoting social harmony as well as progress.Harbin,as the capital of Heilongjiang province,northeast regional central city,there is also have a question of containing high proportion low-income groups,this also caused housing problem for general middle-income and low-income family has become an important factor affecting social stability.In order to solve the problem,Harbin municipal government enhances constructing the low-rent housing.Facing large scale of capital,major investment projects related to people's livelihood,the comprehensive and effective government auditing supervision works for supervising and promoting the low-rent housing playing its required social and economic benefits.Combining the construction of low-rent housing and government audit,take the city of Harbin as example,this paper analyzes the problem in the construction process and the current auditing status of Harbin low-rent housing,and then dives deep into the problem found in Harbin low-rent housing auditing process.Against the problem,this paper offers related suggestions and countermeasures,including improving policy system construction of low-rent housing,extending low-rent housing government auditing range,improving auditing results announcement mechanism and bettering financial management system.
