Research On Government Responsibility In Low-rent Housing Security System In China-Wuhan, For Example

Rapid economic and social development in our country, people’s living standard is increasing day by day, but in the back of a country strong and prosperous, a major livelihood issues need to be addressed-the guarantee of housing for low-income groups. Thorough fares of nine provinces in wuhan city as an example, the transport hub cities, low and middle income groups and the floating population is growing, and the government of the housing security system is not perfect, lead to "have no one to live, someone with no room for" phenomenon can be seen everywhere, which greatly influenced the social justice and sustainable development strategy on a trial basis.Low-rent housing security is in recent years, the government in order to improve the urban low-income housing problem of the important measures. In this paper, based on the research of the government’s responsibility in the low-rent housing safeguard, tries to find the lack of government responsibility in the construction of low-rent housing, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The first chapter is introduction, mainly elaborated the research purpose and significance of the housing problem, and refer to literature at home and abroad, using a variety of research methods, the article carries on the overall summary. The second chapter is the low-rent housing security responsibility research related key concepts and theoretical analysis. The third chapter is mainly based on wuhan city as the breakthrough point, focus on the government’s responsibility to carry out the situation of construction of low-rent housing, and where replenishment is needed. The fourth chapter draw lessons from foreign experience to analyze the government responsibility of low-rent housing, the fifth chapter is elaborated the wuhan municipal government low-rent housing security problems corresponding policy.
