The Improved Program Of Performance Evaluation System

Tianjin Housing Fund Management Center as a service government-sponsored institution,it is particularly important to use performance evaluation methods to improve the service in.the reform of the wage system.And effective performance evaluation will also contribute to the implementation of performance wage reform.In this paper,I use the performance theory,through the recent more concerned about the daily work,job responsibilities,performance evaluation,salary and other research situation,we found there are still two problems in the current performance evaluation model.One of problems is the window staff(including leadership)performance management lack of depth,the core index deviation,two is the lack of window support.This paper use the method of improving the index and optimizing the model,for constructing a set of performance evaluation and security system.Then it will promote the management mode from single to comprehensive,so as to achieve the purpose of mobilizing the enthusiasm of the work and improving the level of service.Improving the index include the general design of the integral structure,the index content,examination procedures,and the application of assessment results.Optimizing and security system include the propaganda of content and spirit,the improvement of the management department and post,the bettering of the system of human resources and strengthen of the information system construction.Through the study of this paper,I hope to provide some improvement ideas for Tianjin Housing Fund Management Center and other government-sponsored institutions in the transformation of the performance evaluation.
