Research On Technology Opportunity Analysis Method Based On R&D Map Of Patents

Objective:This study identifies outreach patents in a certain field and constructs the R&D map of patents by excavating patent information of technology areas and to directly demonstrate the patent which has the development potential and could be technology opportunity.Through the comprehensive analysis of qualitative and quantitative indicators,the results of technical opportunity identification are more accurate,so as to grasp the current situation of technology development.The results also provide information support for R&D institutions which will cost less manpower and time to conduct science research activity.Besides,this method could also detect the degree of market activity and the threat of competition in technology and help avoid the risk of infringement,reduce the time spent on patent applications.On the one hand,it will help enterprises obtain a dominant position in the competitive environment to,on the other hand it can also provide information for the country to make relevant policies.Methods:Firstly,identify the theme of technical opportunity analysis.Secondly,build the patent database by retrieving the method..Then,using the natural language processing and text mining technology,the clustering method to cut the relevant information of the patented information,and select the keywords to identify the keywords through the expert discussion.With the help of MATLAB software,the local outlier detection algorithm is used to mine the patent data,identify the partial outliers and determine the potential technical opportunities.Through the technical influence and technical compatibility from two perspectives to build a patent R&D map on the identification of the outlier patent for a comprehensive measurement,clear and ultimately can be a key opportunity for technical opportunities.Results:The patent R&D map can identify and analyze the technical opportunities in a certain area.Based on the density of the local outlier detection algorithm,it can identify outliers and provide data preparation for the identification of technical opportunities.The comprehensive measure of the technical influence dimension and the compatibility degree can classify and evaluate the scope of the potential technical opportunity.The potential technical opportunities in the field of antithrombotic drugs are located in the lower right quadrant of the patented R&D map.The CN105948115A(technology of breviscapine and Panax notoginseng saponins combined of two traditional Chinese medicine components by nanocomposite particles).CN105949326A(anticoagulant fusion protein EA application)and CN103608347A(imidazo pyridine compounds application)these three specific directions are located in the form of two technical areas,rapid turn of D2 in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine and D4 biological agents.Conclusion:The method of technical opportunity analysis based on patent R&D map can accurately identify the direction of patent technology opportunities.The construction of logo map limits the technology from the point of view of quality and feasibility,concisely and intuitively presents the direction of technical opportunity,which could provide reference for the development and instruct the R&D focus.Compared with the existing technology opportunity analysis method,this method improves the objectivity of the analysis results.The development of antithrombotic technology could conduct from two directions of high-tech innovation application and biopharmaceutical preparation of traditional Chinese medicine for new product development.
