| Identifying technical development opportunities in a particular industry or technology is a subject of great concern to both countries and enterprises.Patent is an important information carrier of technological innovation,which implies abundant information of technological development and information of technological innovation.To a certain extent,the outlier patent implies the information of technological progress,method innovation or technological innovation.Patent analysis of previous studies,however,more is to put the patent as the data from the group to eliminate noise and rarely study of patent from the group,how to identify the patent from the group,further reveal the innovation from the group of patent information,identification technology,proper and efficient research and development plan for r&d institutions to provide information support,gain competitive advantage in the competitive environment of enterprises has very important significance.To explore the value of patent data from the group,in this paper,based on the group of patent technology opportunity analysis process and methods,including important identification technology,technology development potential evaluation and selection,from the group of patent identification and the analysis of technology opportunity recognition.In this paper,the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method of combining,first for a certain technology patent text clustering,text information in the field of text clustering result is utilized to extract the important technology in the field of technology,and then each important technology to make use of technical potential evaluation map technology development potential evaluation,screening technology with great development potential for further technology opportunity analysis,including the name and the keyword extraction technology of patents,based on the construction of patent technology keywords feature vector,to calculate the distance between patent and local outlier factor,according to local outlier factor to identify the patent from the group,further away from the group of patent quality evaluation method,build for technology opportunity recognition based on patent quality,forming technology opportunity analysis method based on patent from the group.Applying the proposed approach with the virtual reality technology opportunity analysis in the field of study,through technical potential evaluation figure out an important technology of the large development potential,through a LOF algorithm to identify the group of patent,virtual reality technology opportunity analysis diagram analysis technology development opportunities in the future.At last,the author puts forward the conclusions,shortcomings and future research directions of this paper. |
