Research On Quality Management Of The Data Migration Of Human Resources System Of China Telecom Shanghai Branch

In recent years,China Telecom strengthens the construction of enterprise information technology continuously.The different information systems purchased and used by provincial companies shall be gradually replaced by the unified information platform.This is not only conducive to the standardization,delayering and reduction the cost of enterprise information system,but also conducive to the collection,using,exchanging and analysis of information in a more rapid,more accurate,more intelligent direction.It also puts forward higher requirements for the quality management of data migration.For the quality of data migration will directly affect the operation efficiency and effectiveness of the whole group.In this paper,the concept of project quality management,the course of development and the important significance in the enterprise information system project are introduced firstly.This paper also focuses on the process of project implementation.By using WBS package and the responsibility assignment matrix to strengthen the scientific rationality of the project plan and the division of responsibility.By the full-range of interviews,we drew out the data quality evaluation of the new system.By drawing on the method of Six Sigma management the data validity,relevance,timeliness of inspection,control and improvement,we achieve a substantial increase in data quality.
