Real Estate Brokerage firm is a modern service industry with profit model by collecting commission.Their main business is selling new properties,selling&leasing second-hand property,including residential&commercial.With rapid economic growth,Shanghai has attracted huge population of talents coming from all over the world.According to government data,the permanent resident population has reached 23,019,148,among which 8,977,000 are none local,which consists 39%of the total population,and 208,300 are foreigners.The large population offers a impressive foundation for real estate market.The paper starting from introduction of overall environment of real estate market,then analyzing current status of MS agency,housing resources and customers types,and issues which limit MS's development,in the end study on the strategies of MS company,by which can conquer the obstacles,improve the development and enlarge the business.
