| With the unprecedented development of economic globalization nowadays,project managements in automobile industry are facing new challenges.Therefore,the only way for auto parts manufacturers to confront these challenges is to learn to use the first-class and scientific management methods,to improve the level of project procurement managements,and to enhance their competitiveness.In the process of project management,efficient management of project procurement can improve the quality of project delivery and reinforce the market competitiveness of auto parts manufacturers.This study regards auto parts project management of the Y company as a research background and the company’s project procurement management as the object.The basic theory of supply chain management and cost analysis methods are applied to this paper.Based on the actual situations of Y company project procurement,it finds out the problems in project procurement management by experts Interviews and questionnaires.And it analyzes the main problems in project procurement management,including that the project team members lack professional skills,the organizational structure of Purchasing Department is unreasonable,the procurement process is not perfect,the supplier evaluation and management system is not perfect,the management of purchasing cost control is weak.This paper uses the project F for a case analysis,to verify the effectiveness of the optimization program.Through studying of this paper,we hope to improve the purchasing management ability of Y company.The optimization solutions to project purchasing management of Y company,suggested in the paper,have great significance both theoretically and practically.And it also provides valuable reference for auto parts industry of the same type. |
