Food security is related to the development of national economy and the stability of the whole society.The abundance of cultivated land resources is an important prerequisite for ensuring food security.As one of the most important grain producing areas in China,the implementation of agricultural modernization is an inevitable trend in Heilongjiang Province.In 2016,"the thirteenth five year plan for national economic and social development" of he Central Committee of the Communist Party of China require promoting the modernization of agriculture and realizing the moderate scale management of Agriculture.Binxian is located in the intersection of Zhangguangcai Mountain and Songnen plain in Heilongjiang province,it is one of the pilot region for modern agriculture comprehensive reforms in Songnen Plain.As a result of hilly landforms,there are a lot of gully and slope cultivated land in this area,the land area is small,the degree of fragmentation is serious,the scale of cultivated land is very small,the degree of cultivated fragmentation is serious.To solve the cultivated land fragmentation problem has become the key to the realization of land ecological remediation,agricultural moderate scale management and agricultural modernization.In this paper,we choose Binxian Country as the object of the research,on the basis of studying the domestic and foreign research trends and the related concepts about the evaluation of cultivated land fragmentation and its effect,according to the theory of landscape ecology theory,man-land relationship theory,sustainable development theory and the scale economy theory,to analysis the present situation of cultivated land fragmentation.Then,construction the evaluation index of cultivated land fragmentation in 3 aspects:the cultivated land ownership,the landscape pattern and the socioeconomic to evaluation the degree of cultivated land fragmentation analysis the spatial agglomeration characteristics and propose improvement measures.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Construction the evaluation index system of cultivated land fragmentation.On the basis of defining the relevant concepts and theories,selected the cultivated land area,the quantity of households in each land parcel,the average area of each land parcel,the largest patch index,lot area weighed shape index,fragmentation index of land parcel,the rate flow of cultivated land transfer,the index of potential agricultural population transfer from the 3 aspects:the cultivated land ownership,the landscape pattern and the socioeconomic,to build the evaluation index system.(2)The cultivated land fragmentation evaluation.In this study,we use the comprehensive index model to calculate the scores of cultivated land fragmentation degree.According to the evaluation results,the comprehensive score of cultivated land fragmentation is from 0.1230 to 0.3781.The highest degree of cultivated land fragmentation is mainly distributed in the region of Binxian Country,such as Binzhou,Pingfang,Sanbao,Chang-an,Bin-an,Yonghe and other towns.Secondly,there were Manjing,Ningyuan,Shengli towns,which were distributed in the northwest and southeast of the study area.Township with lower degree of cultivated land fragmentation is the Tangfang,Binxi,Juren and Baidu,in the west and east.The lowest degree of cultivated land fragmentation is the Minhe,Niaohe and Xindian,were distributed in the north.Overall,the cultivated land fragmentation degree is affected by the land ownership,the landscape pattern and the socioeconomic,but the impact of the landscape pattern and the socioeconomic,is more significant.(3)Analysis on spatial agglomeration characteristics of cultivated land fragmentation.Using Global Moran ’ s I to analysis the global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation with the following index:the cultivated land ownership,the landscape pattern,the socioeconomic and the comprehensive index of cultivated land fragmentation degree.The results show that,the cultivated land fragmentation spatial agglomeration degree is significant,the landscape pattern comprehensive index of is the maximum index,the socioeconomic comprehensive index of is the minimum index.The spatial coupling index of landscape pattern and the comprehensive index of cultivated land fragmentation were preferably.Through the evaluation of cultivated land fragmentation and the analysis of spatial agglomeration characteristics,to put forward the improvement measures of cultivated land fragmentation.It is beneficial to improve the efficiency of cultivated land use,to promote agricultural scale management,and to promote the development of agricultural modernization.It is conducive to the realization of agricultural scale management and promote the development of agricultural modernization. |
