| The fragmentation of cultivated land in China is a serious issue,and has seriously affected the efficiency of agricultural production and restricted the development of agricultural modernization.As an important means to solve the fragmentation of cultivated land,scientific evaluation of the land fragmentation is an important prerequisite for effective land consolidation.However,an unified set of evaluation methods has not been formed to measure the degree of land fragmentation at present.Therefore,based on the actual needs of land consolidation,this study proposes a set of scientifically feasible methods for the comprehensive evaluation of land fragmentation,which has a strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper starts with the assessment of the degree of fragmentation of cultivated land,and aims to explore ways to comprehensively evaluate the degree of fragmentation of cultivated land and measure the degree of fragmentation of cultivated land.The content of this article includes: Firstly,through the relevant literature research,we have sorted out the evaluation indicators and methods of fragmentation;Secondly,based on the analysis and understanding of multi-attribute cost function,an evaluation model of land fragmentation is constructed,and the main framework and composition of the model are analyzed;Thirdly,oriented towards land fragmentation and the efficiency of agricultural production,and based on the characteristics of finely-divided cultivated land and agricultural production efficiency,based on the characteristics of plots,the four indicators of size,shape,spatial distribution of indicators,and road access conditions are used as evaluation indicators,and evaluation index algorithms are designed separately and a comprehensive assessment method for land fragmentation is put forward.Fourth,research data is obtained through field surveys and questionnaires,and the comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper is used to evaluate the land fragmentation in Shili Village and Qixin Village,it has turned out to be that the fragmentation of case areas is serious and consistent with the actual situation.And through comparison with existing evaluation methods(using Simmon index,K index and compactness AFF as examples),it is found that the composite index of arable land fragmentation can reflect the fragmentation more accurately and scientifically evaluate the degree of fragmentation;Finally,comments and suggestions on the application of the method are proposed.The comprehensive evaluation method of land fragmentation proposed in this paper provides theoretical basis and factual basis for the project approval,planning and design and land ownership adjustment,and also lays a foundation for the transformation of land consolidation work model in the future. |
