Establishing an effective performance evaluation system within the company can not only strengthen the staffs executive ability,but also enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,thus achieving the strategic goal of the enterprise.Balanced Scorecard is by the famous management of the United States Robert S.Kaplan and the revitalization of the international consulting firm president David P.Norton summed up the 12 large enterprises the performance evaluation system based on the successful experience of the proposed strategic management performance evaluation tools.Kaplan and Norton compared the Balanced Scorecard to the"cockpit",which shows all the information related to the corporate strategy on the dashboard of the cockpit.Balanced Scorecard can be viewed from four levels of business,these four levels are them.As a tool for performing performance management,the Balanced Scorecard has been widely used in the global management practice in the last decade.In China,there are many well-known enterprises to apply the Balanced Scorecard to the practice of enterprise performance management.A certain effect,but the Balanced Scorecard applied to the scientific research institutions of theoretical research and practice is not much.In this paper,ZS company as a business performance research object,in-depth analysis of the company's business performance evaluation status,combined with performance management theory,a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the ZS company operating problems,identify the root causes of the problem,Balanced Scorecard business performance evaluation system,put forward measures to solve the problem.This paper expatiates on the necessity,feasibility and establishment of the Balanced Scorecard,the design of specific performance appraisal index,the application of the assessment and the application of the results,the analysis of the application effect and the lack of discovery.Suggestions for optimizing the Balanced Scorecard.In this paper,in determining the operational performance indicators,combined with the specific reality of ZS to achieve a comprehensive and objective assessment of the overall performance of ZS,ZS for the establishment of a set of performance evaluation system for the unit to provide a meaningful study and guide.The research of this paper discusses the practice of applying the Balanced Scorecard to the performance appraisal of ZS Company,and it can be used in theory and practice to refer to other similar companies in the industry through the performance appraisal system.
