With the growing competition between manufacturing companies,it is especially important to improve the production efficiency by making reasonable staffing of the production system to help the enterprise control the production cost effectively.However,in recent years,there are very little scholars research on the man-machine matching in the textile industry.Therefore,under the textile industrial background,establish model of the hosiery operator stands system and analyzed,seek the optimal number hosiery operator should attend,and then analyzing the different of optimal number in different wage system,provides the basis for enterprise decision-making.In the past,minimizing cost or maximizing equipment utilization usually are a objective function optimization,or combine the two goals to optimize the system,but it rarely take worker`s utilization as a goal of optimization.So each hosiery operator should attend how many equipment is the most economical when consider the worker's untilizaition is the urgent problem to be solved in this paper.In addition,the impact of different wage system on the optimization results is also the key issue to be discussed in this paper.In this paper,the closed queue network theory and mathematical modeling to are used to model and optimize the system,find the optimal number each one should attend,then performed numerical simulation experiment to analyze the system.Firstly,establish closed queue network model and optimization model of the single task system,analyze and compare the changes in system performance parameters before and after optimization to prove the validity of the model.Then extend single task to multitasking to optimize the system.Discussed the influence of the two kinds of wage system on the system optimization results.Founded that in different wage system the optimal number is different,and the cost is higher in piecework wage system.Finally,in order to clearly understand the trend of each variable parameters in the model influence on system performance,carried out numerical simulation experimental,result shows that with the maintenance rate goes up,the number of machine hosiery operator can attend goes up;In multi task system,stocking turning inspection work indirect impact on system performance,especially when the operator maintenance rate high,influence of stocking turning inspection work on the performance of the system is more significant,stocking turning inspection service rate is lower,and the tender rate is higher,and the number of machine hosiery operator can attend are also less.This paper established a whole process of modeling and optimization analysis of hosiery operator attend machine system,and analyzed the optimal number hosiery operator should attend under different wage system,not only provide a meaningful decision making program for the enterprise decision-maker,but also provide a more systematic research methods for the study of the problem,and lay the foundation for the follow-up study.
