Study On The Problem Of Old-age Security In The Rural Area In Jilin Province

With China's current population aging has become increasingly apparent and the transfer of rural labor to urban areas,combined with the present stage of China's rural social mechanism is not sound,the inside of the rural pension problem is increasingly obvious.Data show that China's aging population will increase at an annual rate of three percent in the future,the aging population in China will be as high as 230 million,2020,accounts for roughly 15% of the population in our country,the workforce and the proportion of elderly population will have a substantial decline.Therefore,to solve the farmers' pension problem,which is beneficial to our country's rural economic development,social stability,improve the comprehensive quality of the villagers,accelerate the process of modernization in the countryside and the construction of new socialist countryside.Our country is agricultural country,rural population occupies a large proportion of the rural social stability is the foundation of the whole social stability and long-term stability is related to national economic development and rural modernization important practical problems,therefore,the research of the rural elderly pension problem has certain practical significance.This paper selects Jilin Province as the research object,through questionnaire,and go to the various regions of Jilin province farmer questionnaires and interviews in the field survey and analysis of the practical problems encountered in the process of old-age security experience,in order to summarize,summarize and analyze the data obtained in the current pension in rural areas of Jilin Province in the process of the existing security problems,and put forward practical suggestions.Nowadays,there are still many problems to be solved in the rural old-age security,which needs the guidance of theory,practice and improvement.On the other hand,the social and economic development must follow the international practice,as the supporting measures of social and economic development,the old-age security system must also be internationalized.Therefore,international experience,and summarizes the practice of integration of rural endowment insurance system in advanced countries and regions,effectively improve the rural old-age insurance system in China,which not only conforms to the international standard,and meet the conditions of our country,it is necessary to.Therefore,how to solve the problem of rural residents' pension has become a significant research on rural economic development,cultural construction,the villagers' harmony and the construction of new countryside.The study and solution of these problems will promote the sustainable and stable development of China's economy,and it can not be ignored in the construction of China's modernization and harmonious society.At present,the stability of the rural society is still the basis of social stability,is related to the national economic development and modernization of the real problem,therefore the pension problem of rural residents will discuss certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper studies the three main objects of rural endowment insurance in Jilin province endowment resources,and based on the concept of old-age pension model,to analyze the existing old-age security in Jilin province at present the problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,strive to solve the pension problem in rural Jilin province to contribute.The basic conclusions are as follows: the formation of the "three in one" pattern based on the endowment resources supply,the choice of the pension model as the core,and the concept of the rural residents as the core.
