A Research On Establishing And Perfecting Jiangxi Rural Social Security System

Establishing and perfecting rural social security system is the requirement of our country's rural economic development and social improvement, and also an important issue for China's social security system construction. With the deepening of economic structure reform, problems in rural areas have more and more become the focus of every circle in our society. Rural security, outlying in the whole social security system for a long time, has become more and more important and urgent.How to establish and perfect, under the rapid economic development background, social security system for peasant population which holds 70% of the total national population has become an important research topic for the new socialism rural construction and sustainable rural economic development. Starting with the new situation Jiangxi rural security system has been faced and the major problems it has met during its implementation, this thesis adopts a comparative research and submits an overall method and some concrete measures for rural social security construction, which means to start from the practical situation of Jiangxi's rural area to maintain peasant's basic life and medical need; to increase fiscal input to firstly solve peasants' basic life and their poverty led or re-led by diseases; and to perfect step by step a low-level, widely-covered, and compulsory rural social security system.
