With the gradual enforcement of regional economic integration and the continuous improvement of modern information technology,the development of logistics has become an important symbol of national,even the regional level of economic.The level of logistics not only determines the level of the region's economic but also its direction.Early in 2014,the president of Xi Jinping put forward to achieve the integrated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Among the coordination of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,logistics is basic.There are many necessities in the way to achieve the regional integration.First,improve the coordination of each regional logistics level.Second,make full use of its characters and advantages.Third,promote the coordinated economic development on the base of logistics.This paper first sorts out the reference materials and summarizes the latest research results about regional logistics and urban management.Then,it builds the amended Logistics Performance Evaluation model and Urban Logistics Contact Strength model according the actual situation,which would have some value for the subsequent studies.The article analyzes the economic and logistics status among 13 cities of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.Based on the above discussion,it uses the principal component analysis method to evaluate the performance of each urban logistics for the past three years.The top four cities with stable performance would be defined logistics central cities.Then,it uses the gravity model and field intensity model and four indicators to analyze the relationship among these cities.The four indicators are the Logistics connection strength,the logistics membership,the economic connection strength and the economic membership.The result is the internal environment for the development of the urban logistics are uneven.In Hebei,the logistics industry and economic are at the coordinating stage.Urban logistics will have an bad effect on the air.Obvious differences exist in the urban logistic comprehensive developments among these cities.In addition,the connection between logistics and economic is still not coordinated.All these problems provide an accordance to the policy of logistic coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Finally,this paper summarizes the urban logistics performance evaluation results and the link between logistic and economic in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and then puts forward some policy advice,such as improving the management mode,optimizing the logisticsnetwork layout,constructing the information sharing platform,developing green logistic and paying more attention to personnel training.
