The Research To Build And Govern The Business Ecosystems Of Platform Enterprise In The Internet Era

As we slip further into the Internet era,the market transaction cost and information asymmetry reduces greatly and disintermediation becomes more and more popular,soEnterprises urgently needs new development strategy to complete the transformation and upgrading.The Business Ecosystems of Platform Enterprise provides a new perspective for the enterprise.This article choose the Haier as a typical example,carry out exploratory research analysis.Through to the haier group’s four big platform,information communication and management pattern research,trying to build a platform for enterprise value ecosystem model and governance mechanism.First of all,this paper introduces the research content,purpose and significance of the article,introduces the research status of platform enterprises and the value ecosystem both at home and abroad.Secondly,reviewing the theory of "industrial Internet" and "ecology",,in order to establish theoretical foundation and method support for the follow-up study.Then,by analyzing the case of Haier Group,clarified initial conditions,inherent requirement,generation mechanism,mechanical machine,interaction mechanism and governance mechanism,and summarized out the general path to bulid the platform enterprise value ecosystem and governance mechanism.The study found two topics:on the one hand,the Business Ecosystems of Platform Enterprise in the age of the Internet as the backing,use the basis of the theory of big data and ecological theory to build the Business Ecosystems of Platform Enterprise.Building the Business Ecosystems of Platform Enterprise contains Internal requirements,generation mechanism,dynamic mechanism,the interaction mechanism and construction path.On the other hand,governing the Business Ecosystems of Platform Enterprise has two problems:the allocation of income and sustainable operation.Governing the Business Ecosystems of Platform Enterprise has to distinguish governance subject and managed object.To protect the Business Ecosystems of Platform Enterprise,the governance mechanism includes of distribution system,information instrument,reputation mechanism and governance mechanism.Finally,this dissertation summarizes the whole research,summarizes the brief conclusions of the article and Pointing out the inadequacies and limitations of the article.With the ndustry internet,Ecology and case analysis,etc.this dissertation systematically studied the research to build and govern the business ecosystems of platform enterprise in the internet era.The results will help traditional manufacturing upgrade and also is conducive to the improvement of existing theories and further research.
