Studies On The Influence Of Industrial Linkage On Northeast Asian Economic Cooperation

Reasonable development of northeast Asia industrial linkage and upgrade to promote the development of northeast Asia economic cooperation process has a promoting role,for the northeast Asia regional industrial linkage analysis has certain theoretical and practical significance,this article through to the empirical and theoretical analysis of industrial linkage,puts forward the upgrading of industrial linkage reasonable Suggestions and strategies for effective process to promote the development of northeast Asia economic cooperation.Northeast Asian countries to promote the regional economic cooperation conducted a series of theoretical study and practice activities,such as China,Mongolia,north Korea,South Korea joint implementation of the tumen river economic cooperation and development plan;The bohai sea of China,Japan and South Korea to discuss construction,etc.But as a result of northeast Asia has the characteristic of different from other economic cooperation area,there are national characteristics,economic structure,development level and different cultural values,and the problem of brought disputes on the countries of the organization for economic cooperation and development is often affected by factors such as political,the northeast Asia economic cooperation from proposed to now are not able to get a good development.Although the development of northeast Asia economic cooperation and development in the lower stage,but the northeast Asia economic cooperation is the future direction of the economic development of all countries in the area of,is also under the background of globalization inevitable choice to increase the competitiveness of their own.Because peace and development remain the themes of our era,and,more importantly,northeast Asia geographic location adjacent to each other and countries with natural resources,labor resources,economic complementarity in aspects of industrial structure,these are the foundation of the northeast Asian countries have choose cooperation.This article adopts the method of combining empirical analysis and normative analysis,in the process of the historical documents and related articles in summarizes the historical background of the selected topic and the cause of the related problems,and at the same time adopt induction and analysis of the regional data,sums up the problems in use data to support the theory,finally combined with many years of practical experience and the related theoretical research is given.The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is the related theories and literature review,the regional economic cooperation,the industrial linkage and so on related research results to comb;The second part analysis of northeast Asia economic cooperation and the development status of industrial linkage;The third part analysis the promoting function of industrial linkage of northeast Asia economic cooperation,and to explore constraints at its face;The fourth part puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions of the industrial linkage upgrade in northeast Asia.Through research,this paper concluded that: the advantage of northeast Asia is mainly concentrated in the industrial structure complementarity.For Japan,abundant funds,advanced technology,its natural resource is very scarce,labor cost is higher.The advantage of South Korea is also focused on funding and technology,resources are very short.While China’s extremely rich natural resources,labor is relatively cheap.Russia has a variety of resources,and there are a lot of untapped resources,the potential is enormous,but the lack of labor force and the development of technology.But for now,there is the political,economic,industrial linkage development concept of constraint.To deal with these constraints,first,to speed up the construction of China,Japan and South Korea FTA,starting from the long-term interests,awake to realize free trade is not do more harm than good,for countries to recognize the disadvantages of trade protection,in terms of policy support,to create good policy environment for the development of the trade.Second to properly handle the relationship between countries and benefit.
