| With the acceleration of global economic integration,the competition of manufacturing industry is becoming more and more fierce,and the cost pressure is rising rapidly.Lean production is one of the way of production organization and management of the world leading industry today,the basic idea is through realizing JIT production,the elimination of all waste in the production process,in order to cope with the rapidly changing mode of production and personalized products and ever-changing market demand.This paper discusses the implementation and application of the production management mode based on lean thinking with the coating workshop of YT company as the carrier.The purpose is to further in-depth understanding of lean production methods,and on this basis,the implementation of improvement and optimization of the production operations,and strive to make the production line process more smoothly,more simple working methods,so as to improve the production efficiency and quality,shorten the cycle,reduce the cost.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research,summarizes the origin and development of Operation management and Lean production theory,as well as the research ideas,research content and research methods,etc..Secondly,analyzes the YT bus company and the production system of internal and external environment,the painting workshop production layout and process management,production efficiency,production planning,inventory management,personnel management,quality management and other operating conditions were evaluated;again,combined with the principle and method of lean production,from production streamline transformation,project management and improve inventory management,quality standardization,personnel management and other aspects of the optimization of workshop production management to conduct a comprehensive analysis,and according to the principle of eliminating waste,improve the operation unit,balanced production,standardization,make improvement plan a series of problems of the current workshop.In the end,a series of guarantee mechanism is put forward,and the implementation effect of the improvement scheme is analyzed.This paper focuses on the YT bus painting workshop production management improvement,the paper analyzes the current situation of the production system and the problems in the lean production method of product design,assembly line balancing based onpush production system improvement through lean implementation plan for one year,the production cycle is shortened by 17.3%,stock funds fell about 400000 8 hours,hours per capita output increased by 35.5%,46% decline in the number of bicycle problems,in short,all aspects of production capacity,production cycle,production cost,delivery cycle is to improve the first implementation of the program have been improved significantly,the effect is more significant.The improvement plan and the concrete improvement measure not only have the universal significance to other departments in the company,but also have certain reference value for the same type of enterprise. |
