Research On Coordination Of Supply Chain Of Fresh Agricultural Products Under Optimal Preservation Mode

Fresh agricultural products are the daily necessities of residents,which has an indispensable position in agricultural production.At present,consumers are requires high freshness of fresh agricultural products,but the cold chain technology is not mature and the enterprise lack the awareness of fresh;the circulation of fresh agricultural products is serious loss,supply chain system is not coordinated;agricultural products are susceptible to natural risks in production and sales,and agricultural insurance is not popularized.Which ultimately lead to consumers difficult to buy fresh and low-cost products,the supply chain system profits are not guaranteed,the overall coordination of the supply chain system are declined.Therefore,this article based on the coordination of fresh agricultural products,first explain the impact of the preservation mode on the profitability of the supply chain system,the profit maximization model as the optimal preservation mode,comparison of the optimal preservation mode;then,on the basis of the optimal preservation mode,discussing the coordination effect of the two-part tariff on the supply chain system without considering the natural risk;furthermore,considering the influence of natural risk on the supply chain system of fresh agricultural products,studying the strengthening effect of agricultural insurance on the coordination of fresh agricultural products supply chain system,and finally verifies the conclusion with the numerical simulation.Firstly,this paper is aimed at the consumers are requires high freshness of fresh agricultural products,but the cold chain technology is not mature and the enterprise lack the awareness of fresh,to explore the profit change of fresh agricultural products supply chain system under different preservation modes,the profit maximization model as the optimal preservation mode,comparison of the optimal preservation mode.Taking into account the freshness of fresh produce is mainly affected by the transport time and the degree of preservation efforts,with the increase in transaction time,the freshness effort and freshness degree are declined.Therefore,this paper uses iterative relationship to show the freshness of fresh agricultural products,combined with the theory of consumer utility,according to the different choice of fresh keeping will be divided into eight types of fresh mode,building different fresh varieties of fresh agricultural products supply chain system profit models,and solve the optimal decision parameters and profit of supply chain system under different fresh mode,and the optimal fresh mode of the supply chain system is obtained.Secondly,on the basis of the optimal fresh mode,in view of the shortage of fresh agricultural products in the supply chain system is not coordinated,and the relationship between members is unstable,study on the coordination function of the two-part tariff on the supply chain of fresh agricultural products in the three stage without considering the influence of natural risk on fresh agricultural products supply chain system.Constructing the profit model of three echelon supply chain consisting of a single manufacturer,distributor and retailer based on the no contract and the two-part tariff,comparative analysis the coordination between the two-part tariff on the supply chain of fresh agricultural products,as well as the significance of the stable cooperation of the members of the supply chain,Explore the impact of changes in sensitive coefficient of supply chain system ??? on the overall supply chain system.Finally,in the conclusion of the above study,using two-part tariff to coordinate the fresh agricultural supply chain system,considering the situation of natural risk,introduction of agricultural insurance,set the agricultural insurance claims mechanism,comparative analysis the coordination of fresh agricultural supply chain based on the natural risk and the agricultural insurance.Comparative study of the sensitivity of risk coefficients and non-insurance coefficients,when the natural risk coefficient is less than the non-insurance coefficient,the manufacturer is unfit for insurance;when the coefficient of natural risk is greater than the non-insurance coefficient,agricultural insurance can not only mitigate the impact of natural risk on the supply chain,but also strengthen the coordination of supply chain.
