| The study of county economy development has great significance for promoting the coordinated development of county economy.County is based on county administrative division for the geographical space,county economy is a complete function,regional characteristics of regional economy,China’s new economic growth point.At present,a considerable part of China’s county economy still has some problems,such as high input,high consumption,high emission and low efficiency of environment,serious imbalance in regional development and otiher issues,the county’s economic development is facing severe challenges and pressure of their own,it’s imminent to realize the transformation of developing mode and implement scientific development.To study the development of county economy in Zhuzhou,grasp the specific economic problems of the counties,formulate the economic development measures in accordance with the county,with a view to help achieve the healthy and sustainable development of the county economy in Zhuzhou.This paper takes Zhuzhou’s County region as the object of study,mainly focusing on its economic development.First of all,according to the data obtained from the statistical yearbook and the data obtained by visiting Government sector,through the comparative analysis of historical data of Zhuzhou’s county economic,I found it still retains some problems,including weak comprehensive strength,unjustified industrial structure,poor environment situation and unbalanced spatial structure;then,selects 14 indexes reflecting the difference in county economy,taking 2003-2015 as study the time section,and then use the status and difference of the comprehensive level of county economy of Zhuzhou city were analyzed Theil coefficient method and entropy TOPSIS method,obtained through the calculation of comprehensive strength difference of Zhuzhou county economy difference of county economy and the analysis of the following conclusions:1)Zhuzhou’s county’s internal economic differences is the main cause of its regional economic dififerences.During 2003-2015,the internal regional differences in the average contribution rate to the total variance is above 84%,the highest was 96.62%,Occurred in 2004,then it was decreased,in 2011,it reached the lowest to 84.48%,but is still the main source of Zhuzhou’s county economy differences.The difference between the regions compared to the internal region differences,the former’s contribution rate of the total county economy differences in Zhuzhou is small,and the average contribution rate is 9.49%,in 2011,it reached a maximum of 15.52%.(2)according to the descending order of the counties’s economic comprehensive strength from 2003 to 2015,forefront of the economic development level is Liling and Youxian,and this 2 counties experienced a little change during this 13 years.Based on the above research basis,according to the characteristics of counties’ economy,puting forward the main ideas of the county economic development,including the the county industrialization idea that attach importance to industrialize agriculture;building a county economy structure adjustment ideas that takes improving competitive advantage as its core;Rear drive thought which focus on fostering strategic emerging industries;overall improvement idea that is supported New urbanization;county economic environment construction idea that takes reform as its center;county social economy coordinated development idea that takes the protection of people’s livelihood as its support.According to this ideas,then put forward to the corresponding development ideas,strategies,countermeasures and Safeguard measures to each couty,that not only will make this paper has theoretical meanings,but also will make it has practical sense for economic policies making to some extent. |
