Zhuzhou City Farmer Cooperatives Development Impact Factors And Countermeasures

At present, according to the development law of socialist market economy, based in Zhuzhou city actual, respect farmers’ willingness to cooperate, in the light of its general trend, and actively explore cooperation and union of multi-channel, multi field, multi-level, the range and gradually formed a variety of forms, the level of rich, broad farmer specialized cooperative organization, farmer professional cooperatives the trend of vigorous development. However, Zhuzhou farmers’ professional cooperatives in the development process, there is no standard, operation mechanism of government support is not enough, lack of funds, lack of confidence on cooperatives farmers and other issues, has seriously hampered the healthy development of farmer specialized cooperatives, affecting the size of agricultural experience and increase income of farmers. In view of this, in this paper, the farmer professional cooperation organization in Zhuzhou city as the research object, analyzes the development of farmer specialized cooperatives in Zhuzhou city from the perspective of farmers, the results are as follows:(1) Effects of development and problems. Investigation shows, Zhuzhou farmer professional cooperative has been in the rapid development, cover a wide range of areas, service area gradually expanded, the members to farmers as the main body characteristic. But there is lack of recognition, the farmers lack of trust, the cooperatives to the cooperative system understanding is not enough, in the development process of different county (District) development is not balanced, cooperative, financing difficulties and lack of talents, weak competitiveness, the problem lack of cohesion, affect the development of cooperatives.(2) Influence factor, the network of social relations, the cooperative policy comprehension, local conditions, agricultural production is the village cadres, agricultural income accounted for the proportion of family income, types of agricultural products, agricultural products sales scope, whether the government support policies, trust in the agricultural sector, the degree of satisfaction the cooperative legal representative is the main factor affecting farmers into cooperatives.(3) Development countermeasures. According to the existing problems and factors affecting the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Zhuzhou City, and puts forward some countermeasures for the healthy development of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives:1) the extensive publicity, and create atmosphere;2) the standard management, improve trust farmers;3) strengthen government support;4) increase the research on the influencing factors of farmers cooperatives to participate in professional farmer5) for development planning;6) cultivating cooperative leader;7) to improve the competitiveness of products.
