| Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)play a vital role in the economic and social development,not only the main force to promote economic growth,but also promote innovation,improving people’s livelihood,create more employment opportunities.Beacause the current dire economic situation,and with the speeding up of industrial restructuring,the SMEs faced by shrinking market,fierce competition,increased costs,and many other difficulties,especially in the background of strict environmental protection policy,a group of SMEs which polluted environment are facing more and more difficulties and challenges,how to break out of the dilemma has become an urgent problem.In the context of economic globalization and the rise of "Internet +",one important way is to go abroad to seek new development opportunities and to find new markets,bring advanced technology,in order to truly achieve the transformation and upgrading.In this paper,I take HX company as an example.in the case of the HX company’s basic situation,based on the HX company’s situation,development process,its internationalization motivation.Then analysis the external and internal environment of HX company,I take SWOT analysis method to develop appropriate international strategies for HX company,and make suggestions for the SMEs from the government and corporate level.The full text contains eight sections,the first chapter briefly summarizes the research background,purpose and ideas framework,the second chapter describes the concepts and literature review,including the research status definitions and internationalization theory.The third chapter introduces the basic overview of the development of HX company,and points out its international motivation.The fourth and fifth chapter focuses on HX company’s external and internal environment,and use IFE and EFE Matrix get its strategy,weaknesses and opportunities and threats.The sixth chapter adopted the method of SWOT analysis,corporate planning internationalization strategy for the HX company.The seventh chapter written the strategic support.The chapter eighth make suggestions for the SMEs from the government and corporate level. |
