AF company,founded in 1989,is a production,sales,service and development,scientific research as one of professional water treatment pharmaceutical enterprises.AF company as a large state-owned enterprises of the industry,and emphasize the development speed and the market share,neglect the construction of enterprise internal organization management,especially in human resource management,no matter from the aspects of personnel structure,organization and institutional construction,lack of systemic and normative.Through the survey found that the AF company following a pure financial indicators as the core of evaluation system,the quality control,kernel and comprehensive,logistics and other aspects of the appraisal are relatively obvious imbalance,has apparently couldn't keep up with the requirements of the new competition environment to the enterprise strategic management.And from strengthening the management of intangible assets and result evaluation,the purpose of the introduction of the balanced scorecard method related theory,establish a non-financial and financial index,combining the scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system,has become a problem to be solved at present,the company.Based on this,this article applies the relevant theories of performance evaluation of knowledge,determine the performance appraisal is an effective means of performance control.And the AF Company is based on a questionnaire survey of the present situation of performance appraisal system,find out the main problems.Through the analysis of the present situation and development stage of AF Company,using the theory of the balanced scorecard method,determine the characteristics of AF company the design principles and methods of performance appraisal system,and designed a set of match the company's strategy of the new performance appraisal system.Finally put forward the new performance appraisal system of safeguard of AF company can be smooth implementation of related measures.Research conclusion of this paper will not only help improve the state of performance appraisal in AF company,but also enrich the related theoretical research,and water treatment agent of domestic related enterprises to solve similar problems provide guidance and reference.
