Study On Development Countermeasures Of Patent Agency Industry In Tianjin

In the process of rapid economic and social development in Tianjin,the promotion of the patent system is obvious with the important role of the support.The works of patent agency are supporting the normal operation of the patent system and the development of patent work.With the rapid development of intellectual property rights in Tianjin,and the continuous improvement of the patent agency services demanded by the main body of social innovation,the problems of the patent agency industry in Tianjin is gradually highlighted.If these problems can't be solved in time,the patent agency industry will restrict the development of patent work and become the short board of the whole system.In this dissertation,the basic situation of the patent agency industry in foreign countries and the other provinces in China is collected and collated through the internetwork search,literature data and other means.The development of the patent agency industry in Tianjin is mastered by the method of visiting investigation and questionnaire survey.Using the method of comparative study,the domestic and foreign patent agency system is discussed.Based on the research and analysis of the current situation and development environment of the patent agency industry in Tianjin,the main problems and causes of the patent agency industry in Tianjin are analyzed.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the patent agency industry in Tianjin are analyzed by using SWOT method,and the development ideas,direction and tasks of the patent agency industry are determined.In the end of the paper,the countermeasures and suggestions are presented to accelerate the development of the patent agency industry in Tianjin.
