Study On Strategy Of The Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization In Nankai District,Tianjin

Over its 60-year development,the economy and society of China has changed greatly and made remarkable achievements.However,as a developing country,the industry,especially the manufacturing industry,still has an important impact on the development of economy and society and the improvement of international competitiveness.With the rapid development of economy and society,the increasing evident contradictions and problems and the increasing pressure have partly constrained the sustained and healthy development of the economy and society development.The solution of the problem of industrial development makes an effect on the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society.The integration of information technology and industrialization is one of the main entry point to solve these problems.Since proposing the idea of "the information technology driving the industrialization" at the 16 th CPC National Congress,the ideas of " The integration of information technology and industrialization" and "the deep integration of information technology and industrialization" were proposed at the 17 th and 18 th CPC National Congress.At the same time,domestic scholars have studies on the integration of information technology and industrialization and put forward many ideas and methods of the integration of information technology and industrialization.In this paper,as the research object,we analyses the theory of the integration of information technology and industrialization,and the internal and external environment of the Nankai District,Tianjin,which is the research object in this paper.This paper uses the method of strategic analysis,SWOT analysis,to research the integration of information technology and industrialization in Nankai District.By the analysis,the strength of Nankai District is the scientific and technological resources and high-tech industries.The weakness is the lack of internal dynamics and land resources.The opportunities is a number of national policy dividend,and the threat is the changes of the macroeconomic environment.On the basis of the SWOT analysis of the Nankai District,we propose the development strategy of the integration of information technology and industrialization in Nankai District.The overall goal is building a new industrial capacity and industrial structure by information technical reconstruction in traditional industries to develop the emerging industries of information technology.And we will promote the the integration of information technology and industrialization multi-dimensionally by highlighting the advantages of the intelligent manufacturing,networking,services,key enterprises.Finally,according to the analysis of theory and practice,we propose the development strategies and the safeguard measures to develop the integration of information technology and industrialization in Nankai District.Through this study,we hope we can propose some methods to restructure and develop the industrial economy in Nankai District,and solve the problem of the urban industrial development.
