| In the influence of public entrepreneurship,optimizing the service form to promote the local scientific and technological entrepreneurship is becoming one of the main tasks of local government at present.Constantly,Nankai district of Tianjin has strengthened the entrepreneurship service ability and promoted the construction of regional production-study-research cooperation platform.However,there are still so many problems that need to be solved in practical.To optimize the industrial structure of Nankai's economy and accelerate the technological progress and economic development,we must solve these problems by promoting innovation of Nankai district.Firstly,this paper reviewed the existing research experience,as well as the successful practices and main problems in the promotion of entrepreneurship,including industrial development of specific plans,guidance,and management methods in Nankai district.Mostly analysis the construction process of the public service platform for regional technology entrepreneurship which needs to be promoted.Secondly,based on the theory of ecosystem of technologyl entrepreneurship,the thesis is studying on how the public platform to promote industrial processes and management methods,making technological entreprencurship public service in Nankai distric for example,with reference to the mode of Zhongguancun in Beijing and other technology entreprencurship public service platforms.Finally,the mode of the public service platform of technology entreprencurship in Nankai district is optimized and designed.Focus on the analysis of the entrepreneurial platform architecture,institutional functions,etc.,that is,through the introduction of supporting the assessment indicators,improving the operational management system and methods,promoting work processes,strengthen training.And put forward the overall improvement program in order to construct the local ecosystem of technological entrepreneurship. |
