This article is based on the concept and theory of project management and project cost management,on the basis of the first to shenhua zhungeer company equipment maintenance center reconstruction project in-depth investigation,understand the construction of the project,project task decomposition and the project construction period,the second investigation on the current situation of its cost management,analyzes the problems existing in the project cost management,including inaccurate cost budget,cost plan is not detailed,project cost control effect remains to be improved,cost accounting is not timely,cost analysis is not enough in-depth,cost assessment of missing links.And to explore the causes of the problems existing in the project cost management,including for cost control awareness is not strong,the project cost management system is not sound,lack of scientific cost management methods,supplier rating system has not been established,the project cost control measures become a mere formality,not enough importance for construction scheme optimization and adjustment.Equipment maintenance center for shenhua ZhunGeEr energy company renewal project cost management problems and reasons,this article from the cost budget,cost plan,cost accounting,cost analysis,cost control and cost accounting,cost management link system optimization strategy was proposed,including the construction technology and cost budgeting in line with the project team itself level,management ability construction norm.Prepare detailed project cost plan,using the earned value analysis method,the cost of each month for the statistical analysis of project,cost deviation analysis of cost overruns,detailed analysis the reasons of cost overruns,and targeted cost control measures are put forward.,the assessment of cost to implement the project team members responsibility cost,attaches great importance to the project cost in the middle of the inspection,implement cost assessment of rewards and punishments measures.
