Research On The Reform Of Endowment Insurance For Shanghai Institutions And Institutions

Based on the latest policy of China's State Council and Shanghai Municipality,this paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the pension of Shanghai government departments and institutions.It is found that there are two-track problems in the institutions and enterprises in Shanghai,Shanghai government departments and institutions pension fund value-added problem,the Shanghai government departments and institutions pension fund balance and other issues.According to these problems,this paper starts from the historical data,constructs the income and expenditure model of the pension of Shanghai government departments and institutions,and analyzes the influence of the variables such as raising the basic wage level and raising the retirement age on the fund's income and expenditure.In addition,this paper studies the preservation and appreciation of the pension fund of Shanghai government departments and institutions,analyzes the possibility of multi-channel investment of the pension fund of Shanghai government departments and institutions,and give some suggestions about invest in the capital market.Based on the above conclusions and suggestions,in the light of the experience and problems encountered by the development of public pension insurance fund in the past,the reform of the pension system of Shanghai government departments and institutions has put forward a number of policy suggestions:to improve the staff of the government departments and institutions basic wage level;the establishment of pension insurance fund yield indicators;strengthen the operation and management of the fund and raising the retirement age.
