The Study On Green Development Of Rapid Urbanization In Henan Province

Urbanization is the product of economic and social development to a certain stage.With the deepening of reform and opening up,the scale of economy in Henan province has increased rapidly and the level of urbanization has been significantly improved.At the end of 2005,the urbanization rate of Henan Provinc was 30.7%,which as a whole entered the period of rapid urbanization.After 11 years,the Henan`s urbanization rate reached 48.5%,which was already in the critical point of the quantitative urbanization and the structural and connotative urbanization.Because the scale of Henan`s urbanization emphasis on scale growth and has the characteristics of high energy consumption,high emission and rapid expansion.Although the rapid development of urbanization can reduce the employment rate to some degree,improve people's quality of life,but also may cause the mismatch of production factors,result in excessive urbanization.While the problem of environmental pollution and ecological destruction in urbanized areas has become increasingly prominent.The concept of green development has gradually changed from theory to practice and from the central government to the local government.In this context,the paper sort out the existing literature from the green development,the Urbanized areas of green development and the dissemination process of green development concept,After induction analysis found that the current research on green development are mostly the district of the higher urbanization levels and emphasis on theoretical research,there is little research on the green development of rapid urbanization in Henan province.It is of great significance to study the green development of the rapid urbanization area in Henan province.On the basis of proposing the specific standards on delineating Henan`s rapid urbanization and clarifying the object of study,the paper select the index by the method of theoretical analysis and frequency analysis,establishing Green Development Evaluation Index System of Rapid Urbanization in Henan province,introducing the econometric model,analyzing the main influencing factors of green development of Henan`s rapid urbanization area by regression analysis with panel data from 2010 to 2014.In order to avoid pseudo-regression and ensure scientific and reasonable results,the unit root test and covariance test were carried out on the panel data in this paper and according to the data characteristics,the regression is set as the fixed effect model of variable intercept.The regression results show that Investment in fixed assets and the area of per capita green space are negatively correlated with per capita GDP,which is not consistent with the current level of green development in the rapidly urbanized areas of Henan province.Emissions of per capita sulfur dioxide,emissions of per capita dust,the proportion of the employed persons in the tertiary industry,number of employees,electricity supply and per capita water resources are positively correlated with GDP per capita,which approximately adapt to the level of green development of Henan`s rapid urbanization area.Finally,according to the results of the regression,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the green development of urbanization in Henan province from the aspects of transforming the mode of economic growth,optimizing industry structure,adhering to the policy bias towards green development,perfecting evaluation index system of ecological protection,developing and using new energy.
