An Spatial Econometric Research On The Impact Of Industrial Structure Adjustment On Green Economic Efficiency

With the rapid development of economic,industrialization and urbanization,the crisis caused by lack of resources and environmental pollution becomes more and more serious.Increasingly severe resources and environmental situation will restrain the further development and leap of China’s economy under the "new normal".That attaching importance to the harmonious coexistence between human and nature and advocating green economy vigorously has become the consensus of people all over the country and the world.Industrial structure adjustment will be one of the most effective measures to realize the dream of green economy.How is the green economy situation in China going?How can we measure the industrial structure adjustment accurately?Will the industrial structure adjustment promote green economy?In what way does it happen and how great is the impact?The paper will do research on the above issues one by one.Firstly,this paper sets up three evaluation indexes of industrial structure adjustment from dimensions of adjustment range,adjustment quality and adjustment direction,named advanced index,rationalization index and softening index,which play the role of explanatory variables in the follow-up study.Secondly,the green economic efficiency,which is used as explained variable,receives the static and dynamic analysis by means of a Super-SBM model considering undesirable outputs.Finally,this paper explores the relationship between the variables in three groups based on panel spatial econometric models under the economic weight matrix and a original green economic weight matrix.Results show that the advanced index has a significant spillover effect on green economic efficiency.The imbalance of industrial structure is a important reason of the low efficiency of green economy.The efficiency of green economy rises significantly thanks to the softening of industrial structure.Quality improvement in industrial adjustment must be taken into account as well as increasing the range,meanwhile,we should move towards the future direction of the industrial structure adjustment.
