Study On Countermeasures Of Agricultural Super Docking Development In Shaoyang Area

In order to solve the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand and the problem of food and clothing,China's Ministry of Agriculture put forward the "vegetable basket" project in 1988.After ten years of rapid development,China's agricultural development has not only fundamentally solved the problem of long-term shortage of agricultural products,but also increased the per capita share of agricultural products.However,while the total amount of agricultural products is increasing,the contradiction between the lagging of the circulation field and the increasing total amount of agricultural products has become increasingly prominent,which has seriously hindered the long-term stable development of agriculture in our country.As a new circulation mode of agricultural products,"agricultural super docking" provides the thinking for the development of agriculture and the integration of production and marketing in china.In this paper,through the theoretical research,through the field investigation and study of Shaoyang,the paper analyzes the current situation of "agricultural super docking"in Shaoyang.According to research results,pointed out that the Shaoyang area agricultural super docking development:the high cost of freight,cold chain logistics of agricultural products shortage,farmers' overall quality is not high,and the agricultural super docking gaps,low degree of farmers organization,the rural labor force "hollow",agricultural products safety supervision system is not mature and so on several big problems.And discussed the above problems,and put forward corresponding suggestions and development countermeasures.This paper thinks that the Shaoyang area "agriculture super docking" development should be based on the circulation of the control ideas,seize the farmers and cooperatives organized by the government of the problem,market supervision,guidance,support and promote security,with macro benefit as the foundation,find the reasons from the source of agricultural super docking ",realize the producers of agricultural products self optimization,improve the local brand,and ultimately to maximize long-term interests of agricultural super consumption among the three.Based on this,we should focus on the problems that need to be solved at present,and seek the development countermeasures of agricultural and super docking in Shaoyang area in an objective manner.This paper takes Shaoyang as the research point,and hopes it can be used for reference to the development of agricultural super docking at prefecture level or above.
