Research On Hedging Model Of Large State Owned Grain Enterprises

In recent years,food enterprises in the process of continuous development,business gradually from warehouse to expand production processing and trade,and large state-owned grain enterprises as an important carrier of the maintenance and protection of national food security,facing the market on the one hand,on the other hand also bear the livelihood security and social responsibility,and on their own the risk management needs more urgent.With the gradual development and improvement of the agricultural futures market,more and more food enterprises to participate in the futures market,and by means of hedging to avoid risk,therefore,these food companies continuously improve their operational capacity at the same time,but also with their own actual situation to take the corresponding hedging model.In this paper by means of theoretical research and case analysis,and related issues of food enterprises to participate in agricultural products futures hedging strategy and business process analysis,the actual business operations and business model and hedging combination,explore the applicability to hedging model of agricultural products futures hedging of China's large state-owned grain enterprises,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper,through empirical analysis,that large state-owned grain enterprises should not only actively participate in hedging,should also become a main trading agricultural futures market hedging demand,for the food industry chain and its production and processing trade as the main business,we must fully analyze the domestic and international market demand,to predict the trend of futures prices of agricultural products,determine hedging scale and cost calculation,analysis and evaluation of possible risks,the establishment of insurance plan.The empirical results show that the hedging scheme of grain enterprises established by this model is very scientific and practical,and it is more accurate to judge the market situation and trend,which is beneficial to the actual hedging operation of enterprises.
