With the development of our country’s economy, a large number of urban complex, real estate, infrastructure facilities have been rapidly developed, leading to the construction enterprise development, which is the key to the rapid sustainable development of construction enterprise, talent cultivation and development have increasingly become important methods of enhancing the overall quality of talent training.In 1972, Yangzhou A construction company in Yangzhou became the first provincial construction enterprise group in Jiangsu province. It also became the ministry of construction of pilot enterprise group, China construction bank headquarters’key serving company. In 2003, Yangzhou A construction company was the first to complete property right system reformation in the whole city, becoming a natural person holding joint-stock enterprise, with various types of professional and technical staff more than 2500, including 860 with senior professional and 200 project managers. In the fierce competition, the company understands that professional degrees of the construction team’s skills affect the engineering quality and company benefits very much. Merely by human resources’ training, staff skills improvement, technology improvement, and engineering quality improvement, the company can occupy plenty of market shares.In this article, by paying visits, questionnaires, refer to the literature, inductive contrast and other ways, on the basis of the theory of human capital and other human resources management, we studied the present situation and problems of staff training of Yangzhou A construction company. By using Kirkpatrick Model to evaluate the effect of the training of the construction personnel, engineering and technical personnel, team leader, project manager and senior management personnel and find out the problems in staff training. After that, improvement plans of the effect of staff training can be put forward. It is tremendously good for Yangzhou A construction company to promote staff training efficiency, improve staffs skills and upgrade quality of projects.Hope that the content and conclusions of this article is good for construction enterprise staff training, and enhance the effect of staff training, and reduce the training cost, which at the same time can improve the staff’s skills and strengthen their ownership.
